Before the first visitors stroll through the trade fair, the real work often begins months in advance. At Johannes Kepler University, the exhibition stand wasn't simply a project, but a collaborative journey. Together with the JKU team, hi5branding developed a concept that was intended to be more than just an exhibition space. It was meant to convey a piece of the university's identity to the outside world.
The challenge was obvious: how to create a stand that stands out while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different formats? Through numerous discussions, sketching sessions, and coordination meetings, the idea took shape. Materials were tested, designs revised, and logistical details worked through until it was clear which solution best embodied the university's aspirations.

From sketch to experiential space
The result is impressive. 120 square meters of communication space that offer far more than just walls and furniture. Open zones invite conversation, displays and interactive elements convey knowledge in a modern way, and visitors can immerse themselves directly in the world of JKU. Everything is designed so that the university not only informs but also becomes a tangible experience.
The JKU's signature style is also evident in the design. Colors, shapes, and materials reflect the corporate identity, making the booth a clear statement. Modernity meets functionality – high-quality, inviting, and distinctive.

Together for the big performance
What makes this project special is not just the size of the booth, but the journey to get there. The close collaboration between JKU and hi5branding has demonstrated how much can be achieved when vision and experience come together. The result is an exhibition stand that combines innovation, sustainability, and flexibility, and a platform on which JKU can proudly showcase its profile.
